Food Processing Facility

Planning permission granted for this 100,000ft² purpose designed fish farm building, divided into four main areas relating to hatchery, technical area, processing area and administration.

The hatchery is located in the main single storey zone and the technical areas, processing area and administration areas are located in self-contained rooms constructed within the overall building envelope.

The building has been designed to facilitate a production capacity of around 57 tons Siberian Sturgeon (Acipenser Baerii) biomass and around 8 tons caviar per annum.

The main production facility promoted by United Food Technologies AG consists of the following key areas:

a) Breeding and Nursery area.

b) Grow out and depuration area for production

c) Utility and supply area, including all peripheral administration areas, stores, technical rooms, etc.

d) Processing centre to process and package the final products.
