Residential Redevelopment

Pre-application submission of illustrative development proposals for a former dairy site in Ashton, Bristol to provide circa 48 apartments.

The design responds to the urban densification opportunity identified on the site in following 3 ways:

• New urban residential street frontage to providing scale transition to building heights behind;

• Creation of an end of vista point of interest and new backdrop to emerging urban setting;

• Potential for taller component set in from the site boundary as a visual link to historic roof forms on the site.
