Planning application submitted for the change of use and conversion of the former Pineapple Public House, on St George’s Road, Bristol to create 8 no. apartments and maisonettes.
The buildings on site date back to the 17th Century, with the existing pub building receiving Grade II Listed Building status in 2018.
The current street scene is to be re-balanced with careful alterations to the side extension and emphasis put back onto the listed building, improving the conservation area setting and celebrating the complex and varied history of the building.
