KYNANCE HOUSE - WORK PROGRESSES ON SITE

Residential Development

Following a successful planning submission, work is progressing on site for the construction of a new private dwelling in Chipping Sodbury.

Replacing the original 1960s dwelling, the new design will provide a modern home for the owners whilst being sympathetic to the character of the Chipping Sodbury Conservation Area and neighbouring Listed Buildings.

The timber frame installation is now complete and works are expected to finish late summer 2022.
