Residential-led Redevelopment
Development of 15no. 1 & 2-bedroom flats, a 2-bedroom house and 3,500ft² ground floor commercial unit on a brownfield site in Keynsham, adjacent to Ashton Way public car park.
Halsall Construction was selected to deliver the project for Alliance Homes and appointed Angus Meek Architects to assist with the technical design and construction stages.
As part of the design development process, Angus Meek Architects was tasked with improving and rationalising the planning approved design (by others) to overcome fire boundary issues and ensure full compliance with Building Regulations.
Works are due for completion in the coming weeks.
