CHANDOS ROAD - PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED

RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

Planning consent granted for a small development site in Cotham, Bristol for the demolition of existing garages and construction of a two-storey, three-bedroom residential dwelling on land to the rear of No.38 Chandos Road.

The development, within the Cotham & Redland Conservation Area, includes private external amenity space in the courtyard, along with the renovation of existing garages along the Alexandra Park frontage.
