Working with Coln Signature Homes, we are delighted to be part of the team which has secured planning approval for a hybrid application (full and outline) on Land at Combe Batch in Wedmore, Somerset.
The approval includes full planning permission for the erection of 26 no. dwellings together with formation of access, associated open space, landscaping and parking, alongside outline planning permission, with some matters reserved, for 4 no. self-build plots.
The permission was unanimously approved at Planning Committee, subject to a Section 106 Agreement, and includes 40% affordable housing provision.
