LOCKS HILL, FROME - PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED

Full planning permission secured with Crossman Group for a semi-detached pair of contemporary 3-bed family homes at Locks Hill, Frome.

The houses are to be sited on a brownfield site close to Frome town centre, with existing, dilapidated garages demolished to allow redevelopment.

Both houses will benefit from a shared private access, two off-street car parking spaces and landscaped front & rear gardens.
