Outline planning application submitted for a residential development of up to 97 dwellings houses with access only to be determined at the outline stage, and matters of layout, scale, landscaping and appearance reserved.
Following discussion with Tatworth & Forton Parish Council and consultation with local residents, Crossman Group are proposing a sustainable development of up to 97 new dwellings including bungalows aimed directly at the needs of older people, affordable homes for younger people trying to get on the property ladder, and also self-build plots.
The plans also feature large and inclusive areas of public open space, including a large play area and a community orchard, for the benefit new and existing residents of Tatworth alike.
