Andrew Tibble BA DipArch PgDip RIBA
Andrew joined the practice in 2010 and became a director in 2017. He oversees project delivery with a keen emphasis on design quality delivered through practical solutions.
His experience covers a broad range of residential development from sensitive conservation projects involving listed buildings through to larger scale developer housing schemes.
Andrew specialises in leading the design process and technical coordination from feasibility and planning through to construction on site.
Andrew’s recent experience includes:
Restoration of grade II* listed Napier Miles House forming luxury duplex apartments. The project aims to reinstate the aesthetic of the original stable doors and, together with the construction of two new rear wing extensions, provides 10no. mews houses.
Delivery of urban expansion comprising 126 dwellings in Bridgwater, Somerset. Angus Meek acted as Architect and Agent for this detailed planning application, and planning permission for this major project outside the settlement boundary was secured within 21 weeks of registration. The practice was also retained to provide the technical design and working drawings package.
Detailed design and working drawings for the conversion of the former Grade II* Wesleyan Chapel in Kingswood to create 15 one and two bed apartments.
Provided the working drawing package for a scheme of two new luxury semi-detached houses at Canynge Road, Clifton. The 4-bedroom houses comprise 4 storeys, and the conservation-led design features traditional stone detailing to reflect the character of the surrounding area.
Detailed design development for a scheme forming part of the redevelopment of the Ensleigh South MOD site in Bath, comprising townhouses and a three-storey, modern apartment building providing 9no. luxury 2-3 bedroom apartments, complete with private external terraces and gardens affording stunning views over the city.
