Angus Meek acted as Architect and Agent for this detailed planning application, and planning permission for this major project was secured within 21 weeks of registration.
The scheme benefits from a new access across St Matthews Field, the venue for the annual Bridgwater carnival, and takes advantage of the site topography and orientation to provide views over the Meads Eco Park.
This park lies immediately to the south of the development and provides pedestrian and cycle links between the town centre and open countryside to the west.
