Phased redevelopment for Molson Group comprising the refurbishment of an existing, derelict warehouse to provide a new workshop, together with the proposed extension and refurbishment of an existing unit to provide additional ancillary office accommodation and upgraded staff facilities.
The existing warehouse structure was re-clad, extended and re-purposed utilising the existing steel frame, with new slab and door openings created.
At 61m long, 32m wide, and 11m tall, the building provides 10 additional workshop bays for increased production capacity, together with a 2 storey office space including training room, welfare facilities.
