Having commenced on site at the end of 2024, construction work is progressing on the redevelopment of One Methuen Park, Chippenham.
The scheme, for Ashville, involves the reconfiguration of the existing, vacant office premises, revitalising the 1990s building as a modern, sustainable and flexible commercial development.
The 15 business units created, ranging from 1,500ft² to 3,500ft², will suit a range of potential occupiers and each will benefit from cycle storage, electric vehicle charging points and roof mounted solar PV to provide green energy on an affordable basis to occupiers.
The development will have an EPC A+ rating and provide a total of 40,000ft² floor space within the well-established Methuen Park employment area of Chippenham to provide a long-term economic asset for the locality and the wider Wiltshire region.
