PETER WOOD - DIRECTOR
Peter Wood BA DipArch RIBA
Peter first joined Angus Meek Architects in 1999 and became a director in 2010. During this time he has overseen a variety of commercial and residential projects for developer clients.
Peter’s responsibilities have included managing project teams and client liaison on contracts under various procurement routes. He has provided design and full project management services for both speculative and end user commissions.
Peter’s recent experience includes:
Managed the production of the competition winning design for the rebuild of the £26M Grand Pier in Weston-super-Mare which led to appointment as lead designer delivering the technical phase of the project for the main contractor including themed interior design for the Pier operators.
Delivered the design for new £7M production and design facility for Triumph Actuation Systems from inception through to completion.
Successfully gained planning consent for a 25,000 ft² new build sustainable office complex Enterprise House in Weston-super-Mare.
Delivered architectural tender package consisting of design team coordination and specification review of employers requirements information for the 800 Park Avenue refurbishment scheme at Aztec West.
